Responsibilities
Execute automated protein purifications using chromatographic techniques, TFF, and AKTA systems
Characterize protein solutions using Agilent HPLC and SDS-PAGE
Perform routine analytical measurements (pH, UV-Vis, HPLC)
Prepare buffers and solutions; maintain inventories and lab equipment
Clean and maintain AKTA systems (including CIP procedures)
Document assay data and contribute to study reports
Maintain accurate records in electronic lab notebooks
Participate in investigations and ensure adherence to GLP and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant industry lab experience OR
Master's degree in a related field
Requires hands-on lab experience with: Protein purification
Strong scientific, organizational, and computer skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Clear and effective written and verbal communication
Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and collaboratively
