Responsibilities
Oversees end‑to‑end warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping
Optimizes processes and system workflows using SAP ERP, Manhattan SCALE WMS, and Exacta WES
Builds and tracks key performance metrics such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, on‑time delivery, cost per order, and labor productivity
Implements automation and advanced technologies in partnership with IT, including AutoStore, T‑Sort, print‑and‑apply, and RFID solutions
Leads and develops warehouse teams, providing coaching, performance management, and day‑to‑day leadership for supervisors, leads, and associates
Drives safety, quality, and continuous improvement, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and cross‑functional collaboration to align operations with company‑wide strategies
Qualification
Required
Advanced supply chain education, with a bachelor's degree in a related field and preference for graduate‑level study
More than a decade of warehouse and distribution leadership, including 5+ years in senior management roles
Deep systems expertise across SAP ERP, Manhattan SCALE WMS, and Exacta or comparable WES platforms
Strong command of fulfillment operations, including high‑volume, multi‑SKU pick‑pack‑ship environments
Proven leader in operational transformation, driving system implementations, process design, and automation initiatives
