Responsibilities
Participate in on-call activities and manage the systems within the domain and work with the primary responders to help fix system issues
Troubleshoot technical issues, evaluate technical data, and develop recommendations for systems and services within the domain, respond to tickets/bugs within team defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and contribute to systems and services in related domains through bug reports and consultation
Work with customers on defining distributed systems requirements, testing procedures, and proposing solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience with systems automation, and with systems design and implementation
5 years of experience with technical infrastructure (e.g., deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting), and with reliability of technical infrastructure
Experience with diagnostics and network diagnostics
Preferred
5 years of experience working with vendors or customers
3 years of experience writing production software in Python or Go for workflows and process automation
3 years of experience in systems development engineering, system reliability engineering, software engineering with a focus on operations, or advanced systems administration
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices; integration tests, source control, release processes, monitoring, etc
