Responsibilities
Manage client onboarding projects to ensure a seamless transition into services
Own a segmented book of business and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct regular client check-ins, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and renewal discussions
Serve as a primary point of contact for escalations and client concerns
Identify growth opportunities including add-on services and partnerships
Coordinate internally to ensure client goals and expectations are met
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of corporate finance and financial statements
Comfort working with spreadsheets, Excel, and basic data analysis
Strong project management and task prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
Strong listening, note-taking, and follow-up capabilities
Ability to handle client escalations with professionalism and empathy
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or professional services is a plus
