Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Confidential company is actively seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their growing team across multiple Michigan locations. This role involves designing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans while providing clinical support and leadership to therapists and clinicians.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Continuously assess client progress and adjust programs as needed
Maintain a caseload of billable hours alongside supervisory duties
Partner with directors, families, and support networks to review case progress
Train, supervise, and mentor therapists and clinicians
Communicate with funding sources regarding authorizations, reports, and meetings
Ensure treatment fidelity and adherence to ABA ethical standards
Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and professional development
Maintain accurate documentation, clinical notes, and progress reports
Qualification
Required
BCBA Certification OR Master's degree with completed ABA coursework
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
Valid driver's license and reliable, insured transportation
Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Preferred
Fluency in a second language (eligible for increased base pay)
Interest or aptitude for higher-level leadership or management roles
Prior exposure to clinical or ABA settings (not required)
