Responsibilities
Review payroll, benefits, and employment records obtained through legal discovery
Calculate back pay, front pay, and lost fringe benefits (e.g., 401(k), health insurance, bonuses)
Assist with standardized economic damages and wage loss calculations
Prepare organized financial schedules and data sets for attorneys, courts, and expert witnesses
Use reporting tools and AI-assisted systems to extract, clean, and validate financial data
Support preparation of defensible and well-documented analyses for litigation and trial
Maintain internal templates and workflows for repeatable damages calculations
Work closely with attorneys, discovery specialists, and outside experts across multiple case types
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting, auditing, payroll, or financial analysis
Proven ability to work with large datasets, payroll systems, and benefits data
Strong analytical skills paired with a keen attention to detail and excellent documentation practices
Familiarity with financial modeling and forensic analysis
Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting systems and reporting tools preferred
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Preferred
Experience in employment litigation or legal contexts is beneficial but not mandatory
