PPC Manager
Chetu, Inc. is a global software development solutions provider seeking a full-time PPC Manager to lead their paid search and digital advertising initiatives. The role focuses on team leadership, strategic planning, and performance management to align paid media efforts with company growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the PPC team by setting clear performance expectations, providing coaching, professional development, and ongoing feedback
Develop and maintain strategic paid search plans across Google, Bing, and other platforms to support growth, efficiency, and ROI objectives
Oversee budget planning, allocation, forecasting, and spend efficiency for all paid campaigns
Monitor team and campaign performance at a strategic level, analyze trends and results, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, Content, Sales) to ensure integrated and aligned digital marketing strategies
Establish and enforce operational standards, reporting frameworks, and best practices across all paid advertising initiatives
Stay current with industry trends, AI-driven tools, and automation technologies that enhance performance management and team efficiency
Provide high-level oversight of keyword strategy, ad messaging, bidding approaches, and landing page direction while delegating execution and optimization to team members
Drive continuous improvement by reviewing performance results regularly, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective or growth-focused action plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
Google Ads and Google Analytics Certified
Minimum 5 years of experience in PPC and digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, performance measurement, and online customer acquisition
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, evaluate performance, and deliver measurable business results
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
U.S. Citizens and Permanent Residents Only
Ability to incorporate data insights and automation into strategic planning and team workflows
Commitment to staying current with AI trends and innovations relevant to marketing performance and automation
Preferred
Experience using AI-based platforms or automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn Campaign Manager AI)
