Qualification
Required
Customer service, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Sales and cross-selling abilities, along with a focus on meeting customers' individual insurance needs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with customers
Problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage customer inquiries and policy changes effectively
Proficiency in basic computer and administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate customer records and using relevant software
Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one (if required)
