Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor ~11 maintenance staff plus support machinists
Oversee manufacturing equipment (~650 assets) and facilities systems (HVAC, boilers, electrical, etc.)
Manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and coordinate between maintenance, operations, and tooling teams
Lead the shift from reactive 'firefighting' to preventive, reliability-focused maintenance
Improve utilization of the CMMS and help implement structured preventive maintenance programs (PPM)
Engage directly on the shop floor to build trust, drive change, and influence culture
Qualification
Required
Technical degree required (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Reliability, Materials, or related)
Experience in industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, or preventive maintenance programs (does not need to be aerospace)
Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and/or facilities systems
Energetic, proactive, and capable of leading change while earning respect on the shop floor
Strong communicator who can collaborate with operators, leadership, and cross-functional teams
Self-directed and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-mix environment
