Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of Investment Tax Reporting, Tax Technology, and Planning including disclosures and tax forecasting
Review Investment fund structures, identifying tax risk within entities
Lead tax technology process improvement reporting
Monitor legislative changes in tax laws that may impact the firm’s tax positions
Review complex tax returns prepared by outside advisors
Advise head of Investment Teams including Executive Team on the tax implications of their business objectives, evaluating and selecting alternative actions to lessen tax burden
Qualification
Required
Bachelors or Master's degree in Tax or Accounting; CPA or MST
8+ years Financial Services tax experience
Preferred
CPA or MST
Private Equity and Fund Tax Experience
