Responsibilities
Lead mechanical design and detailing of custom automated equipment
Create 3D assemblies and detailed manufacturing drawings (SolidWorks preferred)
Manage multiple projects at various stages
Work directly with customers, vendors, and internal departments
Assist with assembly, troubleshooting, and debugging
Share knowledge and contribute to a strong, team-focused culture
Qualification
Required
Experience designing custom automated equipment or fixturing
Strong 3D modeling and drawing skills
Basic understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred
Machine shop or controls/PLC/robotics experience
3D printing experience
