Responsibilities

Assist in preparing customer quotations for new business and engineering changes
Support pricing analysis, margin impact modeling, and competitive benchmarking
Help validate commercial inputs such as BOM costs, tooling investments, and volume assumptions
Update internal pricing trackers and monitor open commercial topics
Analyze program P&Ls including sales, direct material, logistics, and conversion costs
Support variance analysis vs. original business case, forecast, and customer commitments
Support revenue forecasting for customer portfolios, including run-rate sales, SOP/EOP planning, and model refresh schedules
Analyze customer demand, volume trends, and pricing updates
Assist in validating forecasts against program timelines, customer releases, and supply chain input
Support monthly closing activities related to revenue, accruals, and deferred items
Support the documentation of agreements and change approval
Identify opportunities to automate pricing files, dashboards, or commercial trackers
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on commercial processes

Required

Must be currently enrolled in a related Bachelor's Degree program or higher at an accredited institution having completed your Sophomore year or later, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter before participation in the internship program, and returning to school for at least one semester upon completion of the internship program
Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA
Be willing to work in an office in Novi, Michigan
Able to provide your own housing and transportation to/from work
Must possess unrestricted work authorization
Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment
Must provide full work availability from May 18, 2026 through August 7, 2026 and be able to work 40 hours per week
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Solid Excel ability (pivot tables, lookups, formatting, scenario modeling)
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly
