Administrative Assistant 2, Real Estate Management
STRS Ohio is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2, Real Estate Management, to join the Investment/Real Estate team. The role involves providing diverse and advanced administrative support for the Investments department with a focus on the Real Estate asset class, including document management and meeting coordination.

Responsibilities
Facilitate document signing with witnesses and a notary and manage the accurate and timely distribution of the completed documents
Coordinate Real Estate Investment Committee meetings and Real Estate Conference meetings, including correspondence and materials
Maintain SharePoint by uploading lease documents, adding and removing properties, and adding tenant names as needed
Manage physical and digital files in accordance with the STRS Ohio Retention Policy
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Five years' administrative experience in an office environment required
Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail required
