Responsibilities

Analyze test results from equipment that do not meet performance specifications and systematically troubleshoot to identify root causes
Operate generator testing machines and related production equipment; conduct functional tests and document results in accordance with established procedures
Perform routine diagnostics, calibration, alignment checks, adjustments, and component replacements to ensure testing equipment accuracy and reliability
Perform assigned duties on the production line, including assembly and rework activities, to support manufacturing schedules and quality requirements
Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and workstation organization to ensure efficient, safe, and uninterrupted manufacturing operations

Required

Requires high school diploma or equivalent (United States), vocational or technical education or certification (all other countries)

Preferred

Vocational or technical education in electronics and mechanical fields
Foundational knowledge of electrical or mechanical systems, including components, assemblies, or basic circuitry
Basic computer skills and experience with documentation or manufacturing software
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and demonstrate a strong focus on quality and safety
