Responsibilities
Lead the design of intuitive interfaces and multi-modal experiences for Applied AI, ensuring interactions are natural and efficient across all platforms
Partner with Product and Engineering to define product strategy and influence cross-functional decisions that prioritize user outcomes
Use a systems-oriented approach to design multi-modal interfaces that balance individual components with the overall AI experience
Create visuals and fluid, interactive prototypes using tools to communicate AI behaviors
Stay ahead of Generative AI trends to build solutions that translate technical capabilities into human-centric tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in product design or UX
5 years of experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe or Creative Suite
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience in product design or UX
7 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization
6 years of experience leading design projects
5 years of experience working with executive leaders
