Responsibilities

Design and implement the processes, systems, and analytics frameworks required to support Google Server Operation's global growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data needs into intuitive visualizations and dashboards
Develop "what-if" models, data pipelines, and advanced analytical toolkits that improve the responsiveness of Google’s infrastructure
Act as a trusted expert in data center solutions, providing technical and operational guidance to executives and external partners
Manage the lifecycle of data-driven solutions, ensuring they meet the technical requirements of our leads and the strategic goals of our partners

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program management
Experience with data analysis using SQL or dashboard development tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Experience in supply chain or data center operations

Preferred

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience influencing executive leadership by translating complex data into clear narratives and visualizations
Experience managing the full lifecycle of data-driven solutions, from technical data modeling to the delivery of strategic operational insights
Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
