Responsibilities
Establish strategic plans and objectives with executive team and functional leaders
Reach across partner organizations to establish effective cross-organization planning, partnerships and cadence
Evaluate and improve on business processes and quality across Google Global Infrastructure (GGI) and partner organizations
Propose and develop forward-looking innovative business operations solutions and tools
Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the business operation process
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program or project management
5 years of experience in strategy and business operations management
5 years of experience in a leadership role
Experience with talent management, and learning and development
Preferred
Certification in Six Sigma
8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with process mapping/engineering in a tech organization
Experience with change management
