Responsibilities
Track and maintain logs for project actions, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Support the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules, timelines, and milestones
Assist in identifying and escalating risks, blockers, and delivery concerns to project leadership
Support change management processes, including tracking scope changes and impacts
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, workshops, and working sessions
Prepare meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track follow-up actions
Facilitate routine project cadence meetings as needed
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, current, and stored in designated repositories
Maintain project status reports, dashboards, and progress trackers
Support preparation of materials for steering committees, leadership updates, and stakeholder reviews
Assist in developing clear and professional project communications for internal and external audiences
Collaborate with analytics, cybersecurity, supply chain, and OT/IT teams to coordinate deliverables and timelines
Serve as a central point of coordination between technical teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership
Support alignment between delivery teams and program governance processes
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience supporting IT projects, programs, or PMO functions
Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
Experience working with enterprise IT, data, or digital transformation initiatives
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in utilities, energy, infrastructure, or other regulated industries
Consulting, client-facing, or professional services background
Familiarity with project management tools such as: MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow
PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, or similar reporting platforms
