Understand customer needs and identify key opportunities for product innovation and improvement
Define and maintain a clear strategy and product roadmap that aligns with company goals, with measurable objectives
Write clear product requirements that reflect customer insights, ensuring a superior experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, leadership) to align product development with strategic goals
Track and communicate progress against plans, adapting as needed to changing priorities based on market trends, customer feedback, or business needs
Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about market trends to ensure sustained product differentiation
Ensure product features are ready for release, focusing on high quality and value for customers
Leverage data and analytics to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
Qualification
Required
3+ years in product management, delivering B2B products, ideally within a technical domain
Familiarity with cloud technologies, DevOps tools, observability platforms, containerization, or similar technical areas
Ability to use data to inform decisions and measure product performance
Success in working across teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional ability to communicate product strategies, decisions, and trade-offs clearly
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and adapt to changing market conditions
Strong enough to engage with technical stakeholders and understand product architecture
Fluency in English (verbal and written)
