They are seeking a strategic, systems-oriented Director of Operations to help build the operational backbone of their organization, overseeing infrastructure, processes, and business operations to enable smooth scaling.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across content, product, partnerships, and community initiatives
Build and optimize workflows, systems, SOPs, and operational frameworks that support rapid growth
Own budgeting, business planning, forecasting, and operational KPIs
Manage resource planning, team coordination, and cross-functional alignment
Develop structure around project management, launch calendars, and deliverables
Oversee vendor relationships, contractors, operational tools, and platform integrations
Support long-term strategic planning, scaling, and organizational design
Drive operational excellence and ensure the business runs reliably, efficiently, and predictably
Partner closely with the CEO to turn vision into execution
Qualification
Required
Experience in Operations, Business Management, or Program/Project Management within media, entertainment, retail, sports, health/wellness, or influencer-led businesses
Strong financial understanding (budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis)
Proven ability to build structure and systems in fast-growing or early-stage environments
Experience developing workflows, SOPs, processes, or scaling operations from the ground up
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
Experience in a structured or scaled content business (agency, production company, entertainment brand)
Familiarity with digital business models including membership, community, courses, content, and paid media
