Responsibilities
We do a lot of industrial work, as well as work for ORNL. So, process piping is required
Design HVAC and Fire Protection systems using CAD software
Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and testing
Collaborate with teams to ensure project requirements are met
Prepare technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license, registered with NCEES
7-10 years of experience
Ability to stamp mechanical drawings
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and general building codes
Familiar with Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC analysis software (e.g., Trane TRACE, Carrier HAP)
Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
