Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership, business development, and technical direction with a strong emphasis on landscape architecture, urban design, and sustainability
Support employees in their personal and professional growth while expanding the landscape architecture practice locally and across regional offices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's and/or master's degree in landscape architecture
Minimum of 8 years of applicable design experience
Previous project management experience required
Professional licensure required
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring staff for career development and advancement
Excellence in written communication, quantitative analysis, graphic design, urban design, presentations, and critical thinking
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD Civil 3D or Revit, and/or GIS software
Experience with business development activities including marketing, proposals, and client development
