IT Operations Analyst
Oklahoma Indigent Defense System is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support their Information Services Division. The role involves monitoring systems, managing incidents, and providing quality customer support while collaborating with various teams.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Monitor dashboard pages, Teams channels, email for down devices and incidents
Create, update, and close tickets as needed to support the incident process
Work with Service Desk and other Infrastructure groups to provide timely resolution to incidents in a collaborative manner
Fulfill requests while providing quality, timely and courteous customer support
Research and recommend changes and enhancements to current monitoring system(s)
Create, update, and maintain documentation related to monitoring processes, updates, changes, and daily operations
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Participate in daily status and change management meetings
Provide after-hours support as necessary
Participate as a team member
Qualification
Required
60 semester hours toward an information technology degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of experience in a related field for each year of the required education
Preferred
Knowledge of Monitoring processes
Skills in Observation and Troubleshooting
Ability to effectively communicate and document
