Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of insurance and/or financial services, with a commitment to staying informed about industry standards
Effective communication, sales, and negotiation skills to address client inquiries and offer suitable solutions
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer usage and familiarity with CRM tools for client management is a plus
High level of professionalism, integrity, and motivation to achieve business growth goals
Preferred
Prior experience in sales, finance, or insurance roles is considered advantageous
