Qualification
Required
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
Basic computer skills and knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience in a customer-facing role
Knowledge of pickleball or interest in learning about the sport
Some knowledge, interest or experience with fitness
