Own end-to-end customer implementations from scoping through delivery
Gather requirements and map AI automations into real customer workflows
Build custom features and integrations in Python and TypeScript
Ship customer-driven improvements into the core engineering product
Produce clear technical documentation and communicate across teams
Qualification
Required
2+ years of post-college experience in a fast-moving environment
Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript
Experience as an FDE or fullstack engineer
Comfortable working directly with technical and non-technical customers
