Responsibilities

Design and refine high-impact presentation decks for executive, client, and internal audiences
Create animated slides in PowerPoint and Keynote (transitions, builds, motion—not After Effects exports)
Translate loose content, outlines, or drafts into visually cohesive, story-driven decks
Apply brand guidelines while elevating overall presentation craft
Build and maintain reusable slide templates, charts, and visual systems
Iterate quickly based on feedback and tight timelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify messaging, hierarchy, and flow

Required

5+ years of experience focused on presentation / deck design
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Keynote (this is non-negotiable)
Strong animation skills within presentation tools
Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
Experience designing for executive-level and client-facing presentations
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a part-time capacity
NYC-based (or local metro area) and available during East Coast hours

Preferred

Experience with pitch decks, new business, or investor presentations
Familiarity with brand, marketing, or agency environments
Ability to create data-heavy slides that are clear and compelling
