Responsibilities
Lead brand-level storytelling across integrated campaigns, platforms, and channels
Set creative vision and narrative frameworks that ladder up to brand strategy
Partner with internal teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative ideas
Oversee and elevate work across concepting, messaging, and execution
Provide clear creative direction and feedback to writers, designers, and cross-functional partners
Help shape campaign arcs, content ecosystems, and long-term brand narratives
Collaborate closely with in-house leaders to ensure work is on-brand, high-impact, and strategically sound
Qualification
Required
Senior-level Group Creative Director experience (agency and/or in-house)
A strong portfolio of brand-led storytelling and integrated campaign work
Proven ability to develop and articulate big ideas and narrative systems, not just executions
Experience working collaboratively within in-house agency environments
Strong leadership presence and communication skills
Ability to flex between strategic thinking and hands-on creative guidance
Comfort working in an ongoing freelance capacity
Preferred
Experience working as an established creative director team (writer + designer or similar)
Background in consumer brands, lifestyle, tech, media, or culture-driven work
Experience shaping work across brand, digital, social, and campaign ecosystems
