Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new or enhanced business capabilities in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and status updates
Coordinate work across teams to keep projects moving forward and teams accountable
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, leadership, and project teams
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Identify risks and issues early and work with teams to resolve them
Deliver projects in a matrix environment without direct ownership of the product
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience managing cross-functional initiatives
Strong technical acumen; able to work effectively with IT, engineering, product, and business teams
Exceptional planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management in complex environments
Experience working within a matrixed organizational structure
Preferred
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification preferred
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project
