Mid LevelTekshapers is looking for a Release Engineer to manage release lifecycles and coordinate multiple applications and portfolios. The role requires collaboration with development, QA, operations, and business teams, along with a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile frameworks.

Responsibilities
Experience managing release lifecycles, coordinating multiple applications and portfolios. Including on call support
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks
Ability to work with development, QA, operations, and business teams
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or TFS administration
Hands-on experience with build and release pipelines
Leading technical teams and managing dependencies
Clear communication of release schedules, risks, and readiness
Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks during release cycles
Planning, scheduling, and tracking releases using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Understanding CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automation tools
Strong interpersonal communication, adaptability, analytical and problem-solving mindset

Monitoring & Analytics: Tools for performance and release health checks
Collaboration Platforms: Teams, Confluence for documentation and communication
Change & Incident Management: ServiceNow or similar platforms for managing change requests
Orchestration: Digital Ai intelligence
Others: Visual Code & Visual Studio for merges, PowerShell, Terraform for IaC (Infrastructure as Code)
Repo Management: ADO & GitHub enterprise
Reporting: PowerBi, Digital Ai, Serving Blue
