Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance and security for our clients
Install, configure, and support servers, storage, and virtualization technologies
Microsoft domain administration, and implement and support Microsoft 365 technologies and cloud solutions
Provide remote and on-site technical support to our clients
Maintain knowledge and expertise by learning new and evolving technologies and by achieving appropriate industry and professional certifications
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience and certifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge in the following: network routing, cybersecurity, WAN, LAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, servers, and cloud environments - specifically Microsoft 365
Experience implementing and supporting SAN storage, virtualization technologies, Microsoft AD domain environments and Microsoft 365 solutions
Proven customer service and problem-solving skills working remotely and on site with customers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
