They are seeking an enthusiastic Test Technician to join their Quality Assurance team, responsible for operating and testing autonomous vehicle systems throughout the product lifecycle and coordinating with hardware and software teams for design improvements.

Responsibilities
Execute test plans, regular regression tests, and other requested exercises
Develop and maintain test site infrastructure and a fleet of autonomous vehicles
Maintain datasets on product performance, reliability, and maintenance
Identify product issues by operating with a critical eye and knowledge of our systems
Capture bugs and document reproduction scenarios
Support customer trials, collect feedback and resolve any technical issues
Work with developers to troubleshoot issues and tune new features
Travel up to 25%
Qualification
Required
Experience with agriculture, land maintenance, and heavy machinery
Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience in a professional and product-driven environment, or equivalent experience
Experience working hands-on with electrical and mechanical components
Strong communication skills
Curiosity to learn about new technology
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in hot and cold weather
Ability to drive a truck and trailer with heavy equipment
Preferred
Experience with agricultural or other heavy machinery
Experience debugging systems during integration cycles
Experience with issue & project tracking software (i.e. JIRA or Linear)
An understanding of autonomous vehicle and software testing
An understanding of networking technology
Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner
