Responsibilities
Lead the design of new AI-driven concepts that transform how people create, code, and share information
Transform complex AI agent workflows into intuitive, "consumer-grade" experiences that feel human and fun
Own the design process from strategic ideation to high-fidelity execution with a focus on empathy and clarity
Build conceptual models and prototypes to test AI-driven ideas and iterate based on user research
Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and define the future of how people and AI work together
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in product design or UX
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
15 years of experience in product design or UX
7 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization
6 years of experience leading design projects
5 years of experience working with executive leaders
