Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Client Services and Client Relations to effectively manage client interactions and expectations
Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver excellent support and resolve client concerns
Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with clients and internal teams
Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area, offering hands-on support and collaboration
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role is an advantage
