Develop, write, edit, and deliver internal communications (email, intranet, digital signage, print)
Maintain and manage agency intranet content and pages
Manage intranet content calendar and ensure timely messaging
Review and edit content for quality, tone, brand, and accessibility
Create and update digital signage content
Support internal events and employee engagement activities
Take and edit photos; assist with video projects
Qualification
Required
5+ years in internal or corporate communications
2+ years of project management experience
Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
Experience with websites/intranet management
Proficiency in Microsoft O365
Knowledge of AP writing style and inclusive communication practices
Preferred
Graphic design skills
Video and photography experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or related field
