They are seeking an experienced SAFe Scrum Master / Team Coach to support Agile SAP delivery on a U.S. Department of Defense program, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring high-quality sprint execution.

Responsibilities
Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for one or more Agile software development teams
Support weekly leadership syncs and quarterly planning meetings and retrospectives
Coordinate dependencies between different teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation plans as necessary
Communicate with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues
Assist the Product Owner (PO) in maintaining the team backlog to organize and prioritize work
Monitor team performance and track key metrics
Be a champion of SAFe agile methodology and coach team members on Agile best practices
Support the project manager and/or program manager in creating, reviewing, and finalizing contract deliverables
Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiencies
Monitor potential schedule and/or budget impacts and provide regular updates to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret level security clearance. Preference will be given to candidates who already possess an active DOD clearance
2+ years Agile software development experience
5+ years of experience with Scrum specific to data and software engineering lifecycles
3+ years of experience with U.S. Army business process (i.e. AESIP, LMP, GCSS, GFEBs, Navy ERP, etc.) preferred
This is a remote role with travel as required to support the program (Conferences or meetings – expect less than 10%)
Preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
Experience with one or more of the following: Budget, FM, FI, CM, PS, CO, PPS, Payments, MM, SD, PS, SCM, D&S, QM, BPT
