Responsibilities

Create and publish compelling social media content (copy, graphics, video scripts) aligned with brand and editorial strategy
Schedule, post, and monitor content across Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube
Collaborate with PR, marketing, creative, HR, and internal communications teams
Support storytelling through colleague, patient, expert, and partner testimonials
Engage in social conversations to build awareness and reputation
Track performance using KPIs and benchmarks; recommend optimizations
Assist with social monitoring during crisis or emergency communications

Required

Bachelor's degree required (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field preferred)
2–3 years of experience in social media, communications, PR, journalism, or content marketing
Strong AP-style writing and editing skills with a storytelling mindset
Experience using social media publishing and management tools
Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
Strong collaboration, creativity, and self-direction

Preferred

Healthcare experience preferred but not required
