Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
Prospecting and qualifying new customers
Developing and negotiating commercial partnerships
Presenting tailored value propositions aligned with customer needs
Working closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure effective delivery and customer outcomes
Monitoring market dynamics, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and support continuous improvement
Maintaining a high standard of customer engagement and satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in startup, high-growth, or commercially driven environments, or sales experience within relevant customer verticals
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities
Demonstrated proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and lead generation
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Experience using CRM platforms and business development tools
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or sales targets
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience considered
