Required

12+ years of experience in implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
Strong focus on Stibo, STEP-MDM/PIM solutions
Lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions
At least 4 full lifecycle implementations of Stibo STEP MDM/PIM
Strong hands-on experience with Stibo STEP MDM/PIM, including configuration, integration, and deployment
Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementation experience is required
Excellent understanding of Product Datamodel and experience in designing solutions
Must have customer-facing experience, management skills, and a strong technical background
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team‑facilitation skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
