Human Resources Business Partner
Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody excellence, compassion, teamwork, and purpose to join their Human Resources team as an HR Business Partner. This role supports the business in meeting its goals by implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives and managing various HR initiatives.

Responsibilities
Partners with leaders and team members to guide and align on HR matters such as talent management, engagement, workforce planning, leader and team development
Supports the implementation of system wide HR initiatives such as annual performance reviews, employee engagement, and succession planning
Works with the HR centers of excellence in talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, and learning and development, as appropriate when navigating regional/functional challenges and to partner and inform on system level HR practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant Human Resources experience
Experience in the execution of HR programs
Ability to guide the application of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and SharePoint
Preferred
Master's Degree
Experience in a highly matrixed and complex work environment
