Responsibilities
Administer all aspects of employee benefits, payroll management using ADP, and ensure compliance with labor laws
Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and managing correspondence with candidates
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements
Manage office operations, including maintaining a professional environment, bookkeeping & financial support, and data entry & reporting
Handle scheduling & logistics for company-wide calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and office communications
Qualification
Required
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with HR/Payroll software (ADP preferred)
Strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information professionally
5-10 years of experience in HR, Administrative Assistant, or Office Manager roles
Experience in handling compliance with labor laws
Preferred
Basic bookkeeping experience
