Responsibilities
Drive to customer locations to deliver products and facilitate the sales process
Develop and maintain a regular route schedule to ensure timely deliveries
Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote product sales and customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked for customer needs
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers
Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
Prepare and submit sales reports and customer feedback to management
Ability to do multiple overnight stays throughout the week
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in route sales, customer service, or a related field
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy products
Familiarity with sales software and basic computer skills
Preferred
Additional education in sales or related field is a plus
