Responsibilities

Operate a variety of plastic production machines
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot production machines to meet quality and throughput requirements
Adapt and multitask as production volume and priorities change without advanced notice
Conduct quality checks to verify that printed materials match job orders and sampling standards
Stage materials after job runs for warehouse pickup and coordinate with material handlers
Cross-train to learn the operation of other production equipment and support multiple production departments

Required

1+ years of experience in a fast paced production environment or equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role

Preferred

High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of work, education, and/or military experience
1+ year of experience in a fast-paced production or print/mail environment
1+ year of experience operating production machinery and performing routine maintenance
Experience with warehouse staging and inventory systems (e.g., handheld barcode scanners, basic WMS)
Completed safety training such as OSHA-10 or equivalent and demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures
