Responsibilities
Perform administrative SharePoint duties to include, but not limited to, development and maintenance of SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries; troubleshooting of technical issues with SharePoint users; and ensuring proper access controls are utilized for operational security management
Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes
Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings
Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals
Perform web application development duties that involve software development utilizing multiple programming languages to include, but not limited to, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET. SharePoint and wed development shall be in support of, but not limited to, the Knowledge Management Strategy and the Dissemination Tool (e.g., HighPoint/SharePoint)
Qualification
Required
A current & active Top Secret/SCI clearance and Polygraph required
12 years of experience and a Master's Degree OR 17 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree
Experience working with clients to understand their issues, needs, missions, and future direction
Experience with building, managing, and setting the direction of a Knowledge Management plan
Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and reporting for a large organization
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Office365 platforms, including administration and development such as SharePoint sites, sub-sites, libraries, and lists and maintenance of SharePoint-based enterprise solutions
Experience with promoting knowledge sharing through the organization's operational business processes and systems by strengthening links between knowledge sharing and the information systems, and improving integration among information systems in the organization, to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems
