Responsibilities
Lead or support full-cycle ERP implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, and go-live activities
Configure and maintain core modules such as Finance, Supply Chain (SCM), Manufacturing, and Service
Analyze "as-is" business workflows and recommend "to-be" optimizations that align with industry best practices
Manage integrations using Infor ION, APIs, and workflows to ensure seamless data flow between Infor and third-party systems
Design and support BI reports using Infor Birst/CloudSuite Analytics and implement AI-driven insights using Infor Coleman AI
Conduct training sessions for end-users, prepare functional documentation (FDDs), and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT)
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4–8 years of hands-on experience as an Infor Consultant (specifically with Infor LN, M3, or Syteline/CSI)
Strong understanding of Infor architecture, including sessions, tables, and underlying data structures
Proficiency in SQL queries for data analysis and experience with Infor OS/Extensibility tools
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to present complex strategies to executive leadership
Proven ability to work independently in a 100% remote US-based environment
Preferred
Infor Certified Functional Consultant or Infor Certified Professional
Deep knowledge in specific sectors such as Aerospace & Defense (LN), Food & Beverage/Fashion (M3), or Mixed-Mode Manufacturing (Syteline)
Experience with generative AI, process mining, or automated testing within the Infor ecosystem
