Responsibilities
Support the preparation and coordination of external financial filings and related disclosures
Prepare and maintain recurring schedules, workpapers, and analyses supporting financial statements
Assist with equity-related administrative activities and maintain accurate internal tracking schedules
Coordinate with internal departments and third-party providers to collect required financial and operational information
Support compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory reporting requirements through completion of periodic checklists and documentation
Assist with internal and external audit requests, including internal control and compliance-related matters
Contribute to the preparation of reporting materials for senior leadership and governance groups
Support communications related to financial reporting and stakeholder updates
Perform peer benchmarking, trend analysis, and other ad hoc financial analyses as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
At least two years of professional experience in accounting, reporting, or audit
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
