Responsibilities
Adheres to Integer’s Values and all safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems, U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies and operating procedures, and other regulatory requirements
Interacts with all levels of the organizations to ensure that all necessary procedures and processes are in place
Plans, organizes, and manages related projects and staff as appropriate
Functions as a fully competent engineer in all conventional aspects of subject matter or functional area of assignments
Independently performs assignments, receiving instruction only regarding general expected results
Investigates, develops, and implements new processes of moderate scope
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet performance and quality standards
Complete MVP, IQ, OQ, PQ documents to qualify new production equipment
Develop and maintain procedures to support manufacturing
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
Manage budgets and risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of project
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders through reports and presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to lead team activities and lead a project from initiation to completion
Excellent problem-solving skills and proven process development results
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience with powder metallurgy or ceramic processing
