Marketing & Proposal Coordinator
Rani Engineering is a recognized civil engineering and land surveying firm established in 1993. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support business development efforts by developing proposal materials, managing CRM data, and overseeing social media content.
Responsibilities
Coordinate, write, and edit SOQs, proposals, and RFP responses under the direction of the Director of Marketing
Maintain proposal boilerplate content, resumes, and project sheets
Collaborate with technical staff to gather content and meet submission deadlines
Assist with QA/QC and final production of proposal documents
Guide the pursuit team in developing shortlist interviews and presentations
Maintain and update Unanet CRM records (contacts, pursuits, firms, opportunities)
Assist with data entry, contact lists, and CRM-driven marketing reports
Support the pursuit tracking and reporting functions for leadership
Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts using brand-aligned templates and messaging
Assist with website updates (project pages, team bios, news)
Track and report engagement metrics and content performance
Support creation of branded graphics, project sheets, presentations, and event materials
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to develop polished, on-brand materials
Maintain internal image library and marketing asset organization
Help plan and support external engagement events and conferences
Assist with awards submissions and other external communication initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing, journalism, or related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (AEC industry preferred)
Strong writing and editing skills, especially in professional or technical settings
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in written and visual materials
Ability to multitask and manage shifting workloads to meet multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop requires)
Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with Unanet is a plus)
Solid understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively with technical staff
