Responsibilities
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness, and retirement plans
Support benefits enrollment processes, audits, and data verification
Respond to basic employee benefit inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Assist with benefits communications, presentations, and educational materials
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
Support compliance activities such as documentation and reporting
Participate in special projects related to benefits and HR initiatives
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
High level of attention to detail/accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); HRIS experience a plus
Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small
Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Interest in employee benefits and human resources
Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations
Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2026
Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship in the Summer of 2026 (June-August) on a full-time basis
