Responsibilities
Providing technical support to onsite & remote users, resolving system and software and software issues related to company's operation
Troubleshoot and fix hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops and servers, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Assist in the installation and configuration of software, and other applications essential to the business
Supporting staff with IT issues by responding to helpdesk requests and inquiries
Documenting completion of requests, participate/facilitate IT onboarding with new hires
Communicate with staff in regard to the progress of requests made through helpdesk, impending changes or updates to company's software, outages, etc
Qualification
Required
